Yup. Its official. I’m truly excited about this project. If your not familiar with Express he is a truly unique and talented MC. He is mega witty and sharp and his delivery will mesh well with the production ideas we are working on. He used to frequent Elements back in the day and has put out some amazing works that are available through CDBABY and on ITUNES. I feel bad for blatantly lying to all of you. I’ve been unfaithful on a promise I made. I told you I was never going to pick up the Mic again and I FUCKING LIED. I’ve been writing verses behind your backs for the past couple of months and even recording. Damn I am addicted. I don’t even think I lasted 60 days. This music is a drug and I will most likely die from an overdose of 16’s, choruses, kicks, hi hats, subs, and snares. I hope you can forgive me…..

I’ve been rocking for 12 years. Ever since I spit my first verse I’ve been submerged in this music, this culture. I’ve sacrificed everything in my life and risked losing it all just to put out “Heir to the Throne”, the “Put Your Two Cents In”, and all the other projects, features, mix-tapes, or whatever I’ve been on. In return I’ve seen a lot of love and support from the true fans/friends, and a lot of silent hatred from the closest of bystanders.

I’ve had semi famous artists I tried to work with treat me like I’m a crusty piece of bird shit on the bottom of there shoe. I Went Bankrupt and homeless in 2004 because of this “lifestyle”, and I also lost a lot of people I still miss and hold dear. I’m lucky to even have my wife Salome with me today after all the shit I dragged her through chasing these waterfalls.

This music thing is like an unconditional love but everyone knows love will only take you so far. So with that said, and with my emergence as a producer, (seems to be working out quite well actually), I AM PUTTING THE MICROPHONE DOWN.

I quit rap. Fuck an open mic. Fuck a cipher. Fuck recording. Fuck performing. I quit. Consider this my two week notice.

I’m going to focus all my energies on composing and producing now. Some of y’all are going to be sad that I’m not going to be on any tracks. Some of you are going to be like “fuck him he was wack anyways”. It doesn’t matter. I am done.

Next time you see my name on the back of a CD in the credits it’s going to be under “Produced by _____________”, and I PROMISE you, your going to see a whole lot of that.
